【Job Description】 

Officially released in April 2019, the company's contract review platform is growing at an astounding rate, with the number of companies that have installed it surpassing 3,000 (as of August 2023), and more and more companies are interested in using it.
In addition, the AI contract management system has received a lot of positive feedback since its official release in January 2021, and the number of companies that have installed the system has exceeded 800 (as of March 2023).

The company's QA team tries out a variety of quality techniques while balancing QCD and continues to take on challenges together with the business and development sides of the business.
In a changing organization, they also take on the challenge of balancing the quality assurance process from requirements to release, contributing to the company's phenomenal growth speed.
In this position, you will be responsible for a QA leadership role that proactively works to ensure product quality and build and improve processes by expanding initiatives such as shift-left to a broader scope of the product development organization.

■Mission
- Visualize the required quality of the product or project by verbalizing it in a qualitative and quantitative measurable form, and lead the achievement of product goals.
- Lead activities to close gaps identified by quality visualization and take responsibility for ensuring quality.
- Lead the formulation, operation, and improvement of an optimal quality management system to ensure speed and desired quality, in accordance with the characteristics and objectives of the organization.

■Responsibilities
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
- Ensuring product quality
- Review of requirements and design documents from a quality perspective
- Test design and test perspective setting with business goals in mind.
- Test planning and execution with an emphasis on efficiency, including automation and prioritization
- Quality Planning
- Establishment of quality targets in consideration of QCD balance.
- Planning and promotion of each activity to achieve quality targets.
- Establishment and measurement of quality-related KPIs.
- Establish a process to build and improve quality.
- Recruit and train QA team members
- From a long-term perspective, establish the image of human resources needed by the organization and conduct recruitment activities.
- Identification of skills needed from a mid-term perspective, technical guidance of team members, and mentoring/coaching
- Quality improvement of the organization
- Develop processes and write various documents to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as PdMs and designers, to promote activities to improve attractive quality.

【Required】
- JSTQB Certified Testing Engineer foundation level certification or equivalent experience
- Applied Information Technology certification or equivalent with comprehensive engineering knowledge
- Experience in QA activities in the following development teams
- Incremental team development such as Agile or Scrum development
- Software development of modern web applications (e.g. Git, CI/CD, DevSecOps, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience as a leader with about 4 members in the following tasks
- Mentoring and training members
- Leading test planning, quality planning, etc.
- Design and execute tests from specification review and conduct defect and quality reports
- Identifying and leading the resolution of team issues
- Language skills equivalent to JLPT N1

【Preferred】
- JSTQB Certified Test Engineer certification Advanced Level Test Analyst certification, Intermediate Software Quality Engineer certification, or equivalent experience
- Experience in developing and driving product/project quality assurance plans and roadmaps for dozens of people
- Experience in improving organizational quality through process assessment and defect analysis
- Experience in creating and using quality dashboards and other tools to set, visualize, identify, and address quality-related KPIs
- Experience in planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation
- Experience in software implementation or test automation using any of the programming languages
- Experience using continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI, etc.
