Sales organizations specializing in each industry - Business Unit 1 (service and retail industry) and Business Unit 2 (construction, manufacturing, and facilities industry) - will dig deeper into on-site issues, while the Development Division and Planning Division will work together in a "creating" organization to provide high-quality, reasonably priced "video solutions" with a sense of speed. We will realize DX onsite in all industries.

The company is looking for a person to lead product development as a product manager in its "creating" organization, the Planning Division!

【Required】
Experience in planning and project management related to embedded devices
Experience in planning or development based on understanding customer needs, creating requirement definitions, and prioritizing requirements.
Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking and experience directing engineers.
Able to take ownership of the project.

【Preferred】
Former/current engineers with PM or experience as a project lead
Experience in leadership/management related to embedded devices
Experience in firmware and hardware development, regardless of work/hobby
Experience in launching new products
Experience in not only planning but also selling products to users and taking ownership of the service.
Able to think from the user's point of view.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have initiative, flexibility, and a sense of speed.
Experience in Saas/PaaS business
