【 Job Description】

The company actively utilises AI technology in its product development, and provides AI-related functions in its own products, GENIEE SFA/CRM and GENIEE CHAT, such as automatic summarisation of minutes and automatic creation of emails using ChatGPT, to improve customers' operational efficiency and productivity.
Under these circumstances, the group established a new subsidiary, JAPAN AI Corporation, on 11 April 2023 to further promote introduction consulting, product provision and research and development related to AI technology.

JAPAN AI Co., Ltd. develops and provides various AI products to improve the productivity of Japanese companies and revitalise industries, with the aim of "handing down Japan and leapfrogging the potential of workers with AI". In order to develop advanced products, the company is also conducting research in areas such as ChatGPT, various large-scale language models and GenerativeAI.

【Recruitment Background】
Established in April 2023, JAPAN AI Corporation plans to rapidly expand its business.
It has started providing consulting services and products to customers based on AI human resources and AI technology, and is already steadily introducing solutions to existing customers. The company has received numerous enquiries from new and prospective customers as well as needs from existing customers.
The company depends to hire AI personnel actively because it needs to accurately grasp various requests and market needs, how to solve problems using the latest generative AI technology, and how to speed up the one-stop process of researching papers, building models (structural transformation of existing models), developing and implementing models, and providing solutions.

【Responsibilities】
You will lead the development of generative AI technologies.
Apart from GPT-based prompt engineering, you will be responsible for determining what is and is not possible for image and speech recognition and general AI (NNs and Classifiers), and for the actual implementation.

●Specifically
Research papers and open source models to solve customer needs and problems
Verification and application of open source models to current business issues based on open source models (reproduction and implementation of models and construction of operating environments)
Conversion, implementation and speed-up of existing model structures
Verification and improvement of results using actual customer data and real-world environments
Solution/product implementation of the constructed models
