【 Job Description 】

This is a department that supports contact centers with 64 locations and over 25,000 seats in Japan using the latest cloud technologies including AWS and GCP.
Combining not only calls, but also SNS integration, chat, chat BOT, voice BOT, data-driven, and AI, theyh plan and build with speed to solve problems faced by client companies, as well as provide new emotional experiences for users and automate and streamline internal operations.

◆Responsibilities
・Verification of the latest technology for cloud services
・Survey of IT needs, proposal of solutions to issues, planning, and implementation support,
・Business improvement and automation
・Server environment construction/operation, operation status monitoring/investigation/analysis
・Planning and design of services based on future demand
・CloudPBX construction
・Design, construction, operation, and security maintenance of internal IT infrastructure and cloud computing, and monitoring/research/analysis of operation status
　(server construction and operation of network, OS, middleware, security, etc.)
・Chatbot development using natural language processing and related API development
・Data analysis using machine learning
・Planning of new services

Required:
・2+ years of experience in web application design and development / Basic knowledge of networking
・Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS

・Experience as IT architect, PL, PM, etc.
・Experience with Java/JavaScript/Node.js/C/HTML/CSS/Python/container implementation
・Experience designing and building databases and tables

・Experience in building servers such as Linux
