・特許年金管理事務(はじめは国内メイン)
・チーム全体の業務効率化の推進（業務の省略化、標準化）
・新規顧客のオンボーディング（サービス導入サポート）
・海外チームと日本の顧客との仲介役、英語でのコミュニケーション
