About the role: 
● You will be responsible for the technical building infrastructure and the maintenance of the entire school building and grounds. 
● In addition to independently carrying out minor installations, repairs and troubleshooting, you will coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair work carried out by external companies.
● In your role, you will also act as an intermediary and link between internal employees and local Japanese service providers. 
● To this end, you will work closely with the administrative management and be an important point of contact for strategic decisions. 
● You will of course receive support and coaching from us to ensure that you master this challenging task in the best possible way. We will help you with the preparations in the run-up to the relocation and beyond.

An onboarding programme awaits you on site and experienced colleagues will thoroughly familiarise you with your tasks and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. 

About you: 
● You have completed vocational training, preferably in the skilled trades or have specialised know-how as a career changer. 
● Your Japanese language skills are business fluent and you are also fluent in German or English.
