Required Skills

Must requirement :

  • Experience in IT Industry – Min 12 years
  • Preferred Bilingual in English and Japanese
  • English monolingual is also acceptable.
  • Program lead and experienced in Japan, in either/or waterfall/agile methodology Ability to work with Project Management tools like JIRA, Redmine or MS Projects
  • Experienced in end to end SDLC implementation for multi geography projects
  • Strong Skill (writing/reading/communication) to communicate effectively both at local stakeholders, multiple partners involved in IT project implementation and regional stakeholders
  • Experience working on onsite-offshore mode
  • Experience in managing large scale services and building strong successful technical teams
  • High degree of organization and detail-orientation
  • Proven track record of success in delivering complex projects
  • Ability to consistently deliver results despite competing priorities and distractions

Preferred requirement :
