クライアント企業・セクション担当者の「状況把握、問題整理」、「課題解決案の企画・提案」、「企画の遂行」といった一連のプロセスを通じて、問題解決・事業推進に向けたサポートを行います。
具体的には
・新規顧客、既存顧客への訪問、ヒアリング ・クライアントの課題解決につながる企画案の設計と提案
・案件リソースの調整・手配
・案件の推進ディレクション
・結果のクライアント報告と次段アクションの提示
