Position Summary:

As a part of Commercial Operations organization, Commercial Enablement team will turn evolution switches on to accelerate commercial productivity and drive execution for improvement opportunities. The position will supervise 4 to 5 head counts in the team and lead driving key initiatives for commercial success. The person will drive following 3 key objectives;

Drive commercial enablement and removing barriers to execution, Establish operating mechanism for enabled functionality in commercial organization, Develop automation mechanism and accelerate efficiency, and manage those projects in agile method. The position is a key role to lead projects in Commercial Operations. As a strategic business partner, this person will closely work with senior management in Japan as well as global/ regional commercial operations counterparts and contribute driving business performance by providing insight through analysis and leading for execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead projects to investigate barriers harming commercial efficiency and resolve barrier into smaller issues to solve closely working with commercial teams (sales and marketing) and other partners across company.
• Drive establishing mechanisms (IT, operations workflow, process) to enable commercial functionality for execution.
• Drive intelligent based decision-making process with having solid understanding of business strategy.
• Optimize prioritization for initiatives and manage conflicts working with key partners in the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience leading projects of Business Process Re-engineering
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Japanese)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Effectively works in a matrix organization in multi-national companies
• Experience influencing key stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited direction, manage competing priorities and conflicts, and several time-sensitive projects while getting results.
