■業務内容■
RPO(採用代行)プロジェクトにリクルーターとして、参加頂きます。
顧客の中途採用計画の達成の為、採用課題の抽出/課題解決を行いながら、実際の採用活動に携わって頂きます。
初めにお願いしたい業務:
・採用ポジションごとに詳細を把握した上での採用ニーズに適した募集チャネルの検討
・一連の採用活動(書類選考から面接、内定、入社承諾まで)
経験を積んだ後:
・採用課題の解決
・採用活動全体のプランニング
・プロジェクトマネージャーへのキャリアアップ

◼Responsibilities
To achieve our clients' mid-career recruitment plans, you will be responsible for identifying recruitment challenges, finding solutions to these challenges, and actively participating in the actual recruitment activities. This role is a potential future Project Manager position.
Initial responsibilities:
・Understanding the details of each recruitment position and assessing suitable recruitment channels to meet recruitment needs
・Overseeing a series of recruitment activities, from resume screening to interviews, job offers, and acceptance of job offers
After gaining experience:
・Resolving recruitment challenges
・Planning the entire recruitment process

・This position allows you to embark on new challenges with confidence, as it involves launching a new service within an already stable existing business.

- RPO のリクルーター経験者
- 企業人事として採用経験をお持ちの方
- 人材エージェントとして企業の採用経験をお持ちの方

Requirements:
◼ Minimum Qualifications
- Native level of Japanese OR fluent level of Japanese and English
- Have one or more of the following experiences:
・Experience as an RPO recruiter
・Experience in recruitment as part of corporate HR
・Experience in corporate recruitment as a taleng agent
・Sales experience with a focus on proposing solutions to client challenges
◼ Preferred Qualifications
- Business-level proficiency in a language other than English or Japanese
- Strong skills in improving and structuring recruitment processes
- Stakeholder management abilities
