データセンター　マネージャー

製造業のプライベートクラウド基盤、パブリッククラウド基盤、メインフレーム基盤、社内データセンターを運用する役割です。

【仕事内容】

お客様自社データセンターの設備およびローカルオペレーションを中心にオペレータへの支援を実施する業務です。データセンター内の機器の配置，電源構成，ネットワークを含む配線構成などを管理し、各機器ベンダーおよび配線業者との調整・監督を実施します。
運用領域は、以下の通りです。

1. メインフレーム運用
2. プライベートクラウド運用
3. AWS運用
4. ストレージ運用
5. ミドルウエア運用
6. DCおよび各種運用オペレーション

Data Center Manager

The role is to operate a manufacturing industry's private cloud platform, public cloud platform, mainframe platform, and in-house data center.

The Role:

As a Datacenter Manager you will be managing;

• Mainframe operation
• Private cloud operation
• AWS operation
• Storage operation
• Middleware operation
• DC and various operational operations
• Manage equipment placement, power supply configuration, and wiring configuration including networks within the data center, and coordinate and supervise each equipment vendor and wiring company.

【必要条件】

• オフショアを活用したハイブリッド体制でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• データセンターにおける管理・運営経験
• お客様ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション
• AWS, SAP領域について、技術的な会話を理解できるレベルでの基礎知識
• 日本語 – 流暢

【英語力】

• 必須ではありません。プロジェクトメンバーが英語のみを話すため、英語での会話が必要となる場面が多いです。通訳を用意しますが、意思疎通という意味でできるだけご自身の言葉で会話がされることを推奨します。言葉の出来・不出来ではなく、物事を伝えようとする熱意が重要です。

Required Skills:

• Project management experience in a hybrid system utilizing offshore
• Management and operation experience in data centers
• Communication with customer stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of AWS and other Datacenter areas at a level that allows you to understand technical conversations.
• Japanese Language Skills: Fluent
• English Language Skills: Business
