仕事内容:
下記採用活動業務全般、労務補佐業務をお任せいたします。
・面接対応(面接日程調整、面接官との調整、面接実施(基本は1次面接担当))
・採用選考フローの管理(応募者情報管理、面接対応、内定者フォロー、入社サポート)
・各媒体会社、エージェントとの折衝
・労務業務サポート(雇用契約書の作成、勤怠・給与確認)など
・採用人数:約月2件~3件
人物像:
外資系の企業における採用業務経験。
ハイリングマネジャーはほとんど日本籍の方で、外資だけではなく、日本的なコミュニケーションも適応できる方
