Demand Planning Manager

Essential responsibilities and duties
The main mission of Demand Planning is to utilise sales forecast and sales history of products, and to create demand input into MRP system.

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Delivery and Inventory Planning

Key roles and responsibilities :
Manage Demand Planning team, which comprises responsibilities below:

• Analysis of demand plan based on sales forecast
• Analysis on inventory situation, and suggest optimization plan
• Monthly inventory in/out analysis based on supplier delivery and sales plan
• MRP product master management and new product registration
• Improving on-time delivery rate and service level
• Supporting on achieving inventory budget

業務内容・責任：
Demand Planning チームをリードし、下記の主な業務を実施：

• 内示・販売計画に基づく需要計算の分析
• 在庫分析と在庫改善計画を提案
• サプライヤーからの納入計画と販売計画に基づくIn/Out 分析
• 品目マスター管理及び他社品登録
• 納期遵守率及びサービスレベルの向上
• 在庫計画を達成できるためのサポート

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• English level: basic level
• Japanese level:native level

Experience:
【Must】
• 3 years of experience in managing people

【Nice to have】
• 3 years experience in automotive industry
• Experience of managing analytical teams (preferably department linking to inventory analysis, sales analysis, price management)

Skills and competencies:
• Advanced Excel, Macro, Visual Basic
• Strong analytical skill (ability to use BI tool is a plus)
• Logical thinking, open minded
• SAP hands on experience

• 3 年以上の分析を行う部署（在庫分析 販売分析 価格管理）を管理する経験

必要なスキルと適正：
• エクセル上級者、MACRO とVISUAL BASIC の知識
• 分析スキル（BI ツールの経験あり）
• 論理的思考、柔軟な考え方
• SAP 経験者
