Essential responsibilities and duties
Launch Manager is responsible to manage from the mass production to end of sales based on the program plan. He/she is the guarantor of customer satisfaction in conjunction delivery objectives, while ensuring profitability throughout the entire program lifecycle.
Key roles and responsibilities :
⚫ Related with program management , launch schdule control, introduction to the sales plan and production plan smoothly at plant basis.
⚫ Launch monitor
➢ Production schedule/ Qty control and inventory control related to end of sales
➢ Delivery control after mass production ( service order)
⚫ Staff management and define team members' objectives and assignments.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum Education Level : Bachelor Degree
Experience:
o Team management
o Experience in program management, launch schedule control, introduction to the sales plan and production plans.
o Native or near native Japanese and fluent in English
o Experience in the automotive environment is a plus
o Background and experience in sales, engineering, manufacturing operation, and production are welcomed
o Ability to estabilty, developp, lead and unite a team
o Good communication and presentation skills, and capacity of empathy
o Team player and ability to work in a cross functional organization
