・資産パフォーマンスの監視、アドバイスの提供
・キャッシュフローモデルとプロジェクト予算/予測のレビューと更新
・財務戦力の立案（資産価値、リスク要因、損失）
・政策の見直し、改善、アドバイス
・投資家、貸し手、レポート作成
・各種ステークホルダーの対応（投資家、JV パートナー、貸し手、公益事業、EPC、OM /資産管理サービスプロバイダー、保険会社、地方自治体、法律顧問、会計/税務、監査人、ブローカーなど）
・日本の保険代理店および米国の親会社の保険部門と調整して、プロジェクトの保険パッケージ設計、保険の適用範囲と条件の決定
・保険契約の管理、保険会社およびプロジェクト請負業者（EPC / BOP およびモジュール/タービンサプライヤーを含む）と保険適用範囲および条件の交渉を行う
・建設中、運営中のプロジェクトの保険事故対応
・保険に関わる諸問題に対し、米国の親会社の保険部門、日本の保険代理店、およびプロジェクト請負業者（EPC / BOP およびモジュール/タービンサプライヤーを含む）との調整
・プロジェクトの保険及びプロジェクトの保険以外（オフィス保険やスノーモービル保険等）も検討から一括して担当
・プロジェクトにおける買収/販売取引、プロジェクトファイナンスのサポート
・銀行、投資家、ステークホルダーの窓口対応
・資金調達後に投資家と貸付銀行への文書と報告書準備と提出
・プロジェクトファイナンスにおける規制要件と規約の管理
・ポートフォリオ管理チームの構築、及びポートフォリオ管理の社内移行の実現
・必要に応じチーム及び他部署マネージャーへのサポート

Required Skills
Required Experience and Skills ・・ Degree in business finance accounting economics business administration or related field. ・ 3 5+ years of banking industrial lending/investment and cash flow modeling ・ Basic understanding of Project Financing intermediate to advance knowledge of financial modeling centered on stand alone projects and investment returns ・ Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem solving skills ・ Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel ・ Responsible dependable and possessing an exceptional work ethic ・ Language skill for contract reading and negotiation in Japanese and English ・ Attention to detail ・ Skilled negotiator Preferred Skills ・ Business level English both written and oral ・ Experience in the renewable （wind/solar） energy construction or real estate development industry. ・ CFA CTP or CPA equivalent qualification is a plusJob Location
