DX本部 ICTセンター ITサービス部に籍を置き、ヘルプデスクへの社内からの問い合わせ対応・社内用ポータルの運用、
ヘルプデスクへの問い合わせ内容分析による改善対応企画や、ITサービスの改善企画(例えばPCキッティングの効率化、ポータルでのシステムアクセスの導線改善など)を実施するグループのマネジメント業務を担当いただきます。
