弊社の臨床開発部門にて、受託試験の Site Activation Lead 業務をお任せいたします。
配属予定の部門は、メガファーマからの試験受託に強みを持っています。
【職務概要】
PM、CTM とともに施設の選定を実施後、CRA/ SSU が実施する各施設のマイルストンをオーバーサイトいただきます。
プロジェクトレベルでの立ち上げに特化したポジションであり、立ち上げ期のあらゆる側面を管理・リードすることでスケジュール内での Site ctivation を成功に導いていただきます。
（ラインマネジメントではなく SSUA チームの業務のリードを行うポジションです）
また、同ポジションの Report line は、韓国のマネージャーを予定しています。
担当いただく試験については日本国内のみならず、APAC における他国での試験へのアサインも想定しており、欧米での試験へのアサインの可能性もございます。
他国に在籍する Site Activation Lead との横連携をしながら業務を行っていただきます。

【具体的な業務内容】
・ Driving and leading the successful activation of sites according to agreed timelines
・ Works with Site ID and Clinical Trial Manager to coordinate site selection and activation
・ Facilitates query resolution for regulatory EC/IRB contracts and budgets
・ Functional representative for SSU at the project team level
・ Provide updates to clients electronically or in meetings
・ Ensure the compliance of SSU tracking systems
・ Monitor the SSU budget for the study recognize and track out of scope activities
・ Present at internal project review meetings
・ Non project work: training proposals and bid defense department initiatives mentoring
