＜職務内容＞
アフターセールス 品質管理システム部では、日産車を購入されたお客様へ各種のサービス提供するために必要なシステムや車両/部品の品質維持改善業務の遂行をサポートするシステムを開発・運用しています。

アフターセールスサービスエンジニアリング領域では、コネクティッドデータを利用したCRM、車両診断機、サービスマニュアル、部品カタログなどの各種システムを開発・運用しています。
プロジェクトマネージャーとしてアフターセールス部門ユーザと協業し、現状の作業プロセス改善や、新たなニーズに対応するためにサポートするシステムの仕様を検討し、開発プロジェクトをリードします。

ビジネスプロセスの可視化、データモデリング、システム開発等の経験を踏まえた、プロジェクトマネージメントスキルが必要です。

＜Main Tasks＞
The After Sales Quality Management Systems Department develops and operates systems necessary to provide various services to customers who have purchased Nissan vehicles and systems that support the performance of quality maintenance and improvement work for vehicles / parts.

In the after sales service engineering field we develop and operate various systems such as CRM vehicle diagnostic equipment service manuals and parts catalogs that use connected data.
As a project manager we collaborate with users in the after sales department to review current work process improvements and system specifications to support new needs and lead development projects.

Project management skills based on experience in business process visualization data modeling system development etc. are required.
