業務内容（概要）
World of Tanks フランチャイズのCommunity インターンとして、 リージョナルフランチャイズディレクター (Regional Franchise Director, APAC, WOT and WOWS)の直属となり、日本におけるWorld of Tanks の日々の運営について、シニア・コミュニティマネージャー及びカスタマーサポート担当者をアシストして頂きます。また、APAC各地域のコミュニティ、カスタマーサポート、コンテンツチームと協力し、翻訳文言の正確性と品質を確認し担保して頂きます。コミュニティ、コンテンツ、及びプロダクト運用のあらゆる面を改善することを目的として、各方面での情報収集、データ分析、レポート作成等を行って頂きます。

Working Arrangements
This is 6 months Management trainee role (contract) to convert to a permanent role upon performance evaluation.

It consist of 3 months training and 3 months on-job evaluation

We believe that in-person interactions between the team is crucial to understand each other and produce the best service to our players, and given that this trainee program is intended to show and train you on how Wargaming team create, we want to invite you to join us in our Tokyo Office

◆Working Hours
10am – 7pm (Mon - Fri)
*There's no remote work options for the 6month program

◆Office Location
Chiyoda City, in the center of Tokyo
・3 minutes walking distance from Kojimachi Station
・5 minutes walking distance from Hanzomon Station

◆Compensation
3.8 - 4.8M yearly (2000 to 2500 hourly basis)

Role Progression
After completing the 6month internship program, you will be evaluated for your eligibility to be converted to a permanent member of Wargaming Japan. 

学ぶことができる内容

• ソーシャルメディア、コミュニティ、インフルエンサープログラムの日々の業務と改善をサポートし、優先順位を設定し、チームの戦略目標を達成するために必要な業務のアシストを行うこと。
• プレイヤーコミュニティの感情、懸念、及びゲームへの没入度について測定・監視を行い、レポートを作成する（作成方法はガイドいたします）こと
• 公式コミュニティチャンネルでの公開前/公開後の校正、およびマーケティング活動
• コンテンツの日本語ローカライズをサポートし、ネイティブな表現にすること。
• 特定された主要な学習と改善点について、日次および週次レポートを作成すること。
• 日本と外国の支社の架け橋としてのコミュニケーションをサポートすること。
• 他国のコミュニティ・マネージャーと協力し、地域や文化の違いに関する情報を収集しキャンペーンが地域やローカルに適したインパクトのあるものになるよう調整すること。
• 最新のトレンドやベストプラクティスをリサーチし、コミュニティのトレンドを常に把握すること。
• World of Tanks コミュニティ/コンテンツチームと密接に連携し、World of Tanks の運営を徹底的に理解すること。

必須条件

• 日本語能力についてネイティブ、英語については初級〜中級以上
• SNSに慣れていること
• 熱心なゲーマー
• プロフェショナルになるための学習と努力ができること
• 国際的なマインドを持ち、文化に敏感な方
• セルフスターター、目標志向、問題解決マインドセット
•  数字やデータを取り扱うのが好きであること
• 顧客志向を持ち、様々なタイプの顧客に適応・対応できる方
• 忍耐強く、ポジティブであること

• World of Tanks または弊社ゲームのアクティブプレイヤー
• ストリーミング経験者、またはストリーミングに前向きな方
• データをビジュアル化してレポート作成する能力
• 流暢な英語
• アジア言語ができれば尚可
