Job Overview
The Community Management Trainee for World of Tanks will report to Regional Franchise Director, APAC, WOT and WOWS, and support the Senior Community Manager representatives in understanding and reporting for day-to-day operation of World of Tanks in Japan. The Community Management Trainee will also work with the APAC Community, and Content team to ensure the language's accuracy and quality. The role will focus on supporting the team with information collection, data analysis, and visualized reporting for improving every aspect of community/Content and product publishing and operations and better decision-making.

Working Arrangements
This is 6 months Management trainee role (contract) to convert to a permanent role upon performance evaluation.
It consist of 3 months training and 3 months on-job evaluation

10am – 7pm (Mon - Fri)
*There's no remote work options for the 6month program

Chiyoda City, in the center of Tokyo
・3 minutes walking distance from Kojimachi Station
・5 minutes walking distance from Hanzomon Station
◆Compensation
3.8 - 4.8M yearly (2000 to 2500 hourly basis)
Role Progression
After completing the 6month internship program, you will be evaluated for your eligibility to be converted to a permanent member of Wargaming Japan.
