We have a generous training system:
Triple support with three staff in charge!
Each person is assigned a "sales representative" who meets with them at least once a month and can discuss any concerns they may have on a one-on-one basis. In addition, for those with less than 3 years of experience, the leader of the project will act as a "trainer" to provide technical and business support, and senior staff close to your age will act as "mentors" to provide consultation by phone, e-mail, and in person.

Participation in projects as a team!
Depending on the size of the project, teams of 5 or more people are assigned to each project. We assign a good balance of skills, so you can consult with us immediately if you have any questions. We also have a return to work day once a month where executives and employees can exchange information (web participation is also possible).

SAP implementation for a certain manufacturing company (customer explanation, requirement adjustment, maintenance, etc.)

Required Skills

■Requirements:
Experience in some kind of development as an IT engineer.
We assume that you have at least 1 year of working experience in Japanese company

Programming languages: Java,C#, C++,.NET, PHP, Python, Ruby, Typescript

OS: Linux, UNIX, WIndows, ChromeOS, Android, iOS, etc

DB: Oracle, MySQL, SQL-Server, Access, PostgreSQL,etc

Japanese Level : N3+ (Conversational level)
