Job Description
- ハウスキーピングマネージャーの補佐業務、同じハウスキーピングアシスタントマネージャーとチームで日々のハウスキーピングチームのオペレーションの管理、トラブルシューティング
- お客様の到着前に全客室が良好な状態にあり、各アメニティやセットアップが適切に行われていることを確認
- 客室清掃の適切な手順とステップの確認と実施環境の整備
- チームのシフト管理、定期トレーニング、その他管理指導業務
- 清掃協力会社への適切な指示や情報共有
