- Assists the Business in the cost control of its activity: operational, commercial, and finance.
- Organizes the budget, estimates, long-term plan, and closing process.
- Drives timely and accurate financial closings and effective reporting and planning.
- Provides financial and performance analysis of its activity to support management decisions and proposes action plans to improve performance, including with a close monitoring of Working Capital.
- With the support of the Transactional Finance Department, ensures that the economics of the activity and transactions are properly reflected in the accounting and cash indicators.
- Reviews the reporting package (Vector) including IFRS adjustments.
