The company's mission is to "reinvent finance as a service" and aims to become the standard for the next-generation financial infrastructure. Currently, many financial institutions in Japan face challenges in optimizing digital customer experiences due to their legacy and cumbersome systems. The company is addressing these challenges by rebuilding Japan's financial systems in a modern environment (on-premises to cloud), using advanced technology (Go/containers), and adopting a new design approach (monolith to microservices).

Despite being a startup, the company has gained recognition through collaboration with leading companies in the infrastructure sector in Japan. It went public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Growth Market in December 2021, and with a stronger financial foundation, it plans further business expansion. The company is also preparing trust-type stock options for new members joining the team.

**Job Description:**
- Design, implement, and release web applications using SPA, MPA, SSR, etc.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on design discussions and API interface design.
- Participate in UI/UX design discussions with directors and designers.
- Gather business requirements from team members.

**Required Skills:**

**Server-side:**
- Development experience in Go, Ruby, or other programming languages.
- Experience in building systems using public clouds such as AWS, GCP.

**Frontend:**
- Programming skills in HTML/CSS/TypeScript.
- Development experience with TypeScript frameworks like React, Vue.js for SPA, SSR.
- Knowledge and development experience with ES2020+.
- Interest in design, UI/UX (graphic design skills not required).

**Preferred Skills:**

**Server-side:**
- Construction and operation experience of containerized systems using Docker.
- Construction and operation experience of serverless systems using AWS Lambda, etc.
- Development and operation experience of server-side for applications with a large user base.
- Understanding and practical experience in automated testing and test-driven development.
- Understanding and practical experience in Site Reliability Engineering.

**Frontend:**
- Development experience with large-scale web applications.
- Development experience with MVVM, MVC, Flux architecture for web applications.
- Operational experience with web applications using Amplify Console.
- Development experience with responsive applications.
- Experience in maintainable CSS using BEM, component design, and implementation.
- Performance tuning experience.
- API design experience.
