日本国内の工事現場でプロジェクトエンジニアIIとして現場管理を行う

【任せる仕事/Job Description】

• シニアプロジェクトエンジニア及び/またはプロジェクトマネージャーと連携して、すべてのプロジェクト情報を調整し、伝達・配布する
• プロジェクトチームと協力して、すべての契約書類の記録がリアルタイムで更新されていることを確認する
• 情報提供依頼書、提出書類、その他書類の状況を確認し、状況報告書を作成する
• 入札パッケージの作業範囲記述書を明確に作成する
• 見積依頼書を作成し、請負業者に連絡を入れ見積書を取り寄せる
• クリティカルパス法を用いてプロジェクトスケジュールを正しく更新する
• 現場品質活動をリアルタイムで記録を作成する
• 変更管理報告書、見積もり、その他のコスト報告書を作成する
• プロジェクト品質のファイル作成、データの更新、ファイリングシステムに保存する
• 継続的に組織変革に率先して取り組み、新しいアイデアを提案し、新しい組織や業務の中で順応する
• 常にクライアントの目標とニーズを理解し、クライアントのニーズを満たし、価値を実証するように責任を持って行動する

GILBANE has an opportunity for a Project Engineer to support our work in Japan. As a Project Engineer II, you will:  

• Partner with the Senior Project Engineer and/or Project Manager with coordinating and distributing all project information 
• Work with the project team to ensure all contract document logs are up to date in real time  
• Ensure status reports on RFIs, Submittals and other Documents are prepared and presented 
• Write effective scopes of work for bid packages 
• Effectively issue Request for Quotations and follow up with Trade Contractors 
• Successfully update project schedules with CPM techniques 
• Timely document field quality activities 
• Prepare change management reports, estimates and other cost report documents 
• Establish and maintain the project quality files and documentation systems 
• Continually promote organizational change initiatives, suggests new ideas, and adapt to work within new structures and processes 
• Continually seek to understand customer goals and needs and act with a sense of urgency in meeting customer needs and demonstrating value 
• Develop industry relationships and expand professional networks that have potential to generate opportunities for Gilbane

• 米国政府のプロジェクト経験者優遇

• Knowledge of CMiC preferred 
• US Government project experience preferred
• Bilingual: Japanese/English required
