業務内容

• アジア/APACの変革を目指す戦略的なプロジェクトのリード（会社・ビジネスの成長、顧客エンゲージメント向上、製品イノベーションなど）
• 市場動向と情報の分析
• データに基づく実行可能な戦略の立案
• 予測モデルを活用した市場の需要予測、ビジネスケースの精度向上
• アジア太平洋地域の重要経営判断のための分析・サポートの提供、そのためのシニアマネジメントとのやりとり

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead transformative strategy projects in Asia/APAC, driving corporate and business growth, customer engagement, and product innovation.
• Analyze market trends and intelligence, translating data into actionable strategies.
• Utilize predictive models to forecast market demand and refine business cases.
• Collaborate closely with APAC leadership, providing crucial analytical support for making crucial strategic decisions.

必須条件

• 大卒以上
• 自動車関連メーカーにおける経営/戦略コンサルティング経験 3〜7年程度
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力（ネイティブでない場合は日本語能力試験N1以上）
• 英語流暢
• 海外出張可能な方

優遇条件

• 日本語以外のアジア系言語がわかる方歓迎（中国語、韓国語、タイ語、マレーシア語、インドネシア語など）

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3-7 years of experience in management/strategy consulting within the automotive manufacturing sector
• Business Japanese (at least JLPT N1) and English fluency
• Open to international travel
