【職務内容】
- Linux/Windowsサーバ、NWスイッチ、ファイアウォールの運用、保守、トラブルシューティング。
- AWSインフラ、セキュリティの運用、保守、トラブルシューティング
- ユーザー管理業務（アカウント管理、グループ管理等）。
- ロンドンのデータセンターにて、HWベンダーによるサーバ、NW機器の導入立会い。
- ユーザーサポート、トラブルシューティング、ハードウェア/ソフトウェアベンダーへの連絡。
- 運用手順書、マニュアル作成、ユーザーへのアナウンス、社内アプリケーションのドキュメント作成。
- 実装、テスト、関連リソースの作成、スクリプト、ドキュメント、パラメータシートなど
スクリプト、ドキュメント、パラメータシート、テストプランの策定など。
- マネージャーから指示されたアドホック業務
