Business Consultant / コンサルタント

Primary Responsibilities:

• The Business Consultant will oversee the entire implementation process and resources while maintaining relationships with customers.

• Collaborate with clients, end users, technical architects, and application designers to define data requirements and structures for business intelligence (BI) applications.

• Candidates with a minimum of 2-5 years of consulting experience in software products and related industries are eligible.

• Proficient in presenting complex development topics to both management and engineers.

• Possess a working knowledge of professional BI tools and solution providers.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment.

• Ability to analyze, map, and design business processes.

• Must have experience in conducting requirement analysis, interviewing business owners, and analyzing current situations.

• Proficient in developing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques.

• Experience in identifying business challenges and proposing/developing solutions.

• Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or possess an equivalent educational background and experience.
