ユーザーサポートならびにWindowsサーバー、Network（WAN/LAN）インフラ管理・運用に関わる以下の業務を担当頂きます。
・海外を含むユーザーデスクトップサポート
・ユーザーマニュアル作成（日本語・英語）
・Windows PCのセットアップ
・WAN/LANの設計・運用
・Windows Active Directory Domain構築・運用
・Windows/Network セキュリティー対策
・インフラ周りのトラブルシューティング、障害調査
・社内ビデオ会議システムサポート
