Store Planning Manager / 店舗企画マネージャー

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing transparent and trust-based relationships with regional and in-country teams.
• Managing the growth and enhancement of the regional supplier network, including third-party partners (such as local architects and general contractors).
• Assisting, either directly or through Retail teams, in-store development projects, feasibility assessments, and cost estimations for store approvals.
• Providing budget and planning requirements that may impact the overall capital expenditure (Capex) investments.
• Supervising Store Roll-out Planning and ensuring that information remains current.
• Ensuring that projects adhere to agreed-upon plans, budgets, and design/quality standards, with clear and timely communication of project-related information, risks, and solutions.
• Collaborating with other retail departments when necessary (Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising).
• Leading key strategic projects and other branding initiatives to support store development.
• Conducting site visits to designated store locations during construction, while maintaining the integrity of the brand's concept.
• Undertaking additional projects as directed by the HQ Store Planning, Japan Retail Director, and CEO.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in architectural /design programs such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D, or similar; MS Office skill
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant retail design and store development

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• BA graduate-level degree - Architecture, Interiors &/or Construction Project Management
• Command of the English language – written and spoken
