Application Development Manager-Java／アプリケーション開発マネージャー

Role Summary:

- Manage Development of New Projects/Enhancements/Change Requests of all Mid and Back office applications
- Manage Vendor delivery team to get the project delivery done as per requirements, schedule, and quality
- Actively involve in technical solution discussion/Architecture finalization, estimation reviews and management of Development team.
- Closely Engage with Business Users, Business Analysts, Technical Functional Analysts and Project Managers managing Application

Job Descriptions:

- Work with counter parts and engage in Project Planning, Execution and Delivery
- Engage with Transformation and TFA team to support Solution & Design
- Lead and Guide Development Team to deliver business digital initiatives and Projects
- Design and develop solutions that protect and manage Java/DB2/Cloud Microservice based apps and data
- Share and review your innovative technical ideas with peers, high level technical contributors, and managers

Required Skills & Experiences (must have):

- Out of total experience minimum 5 Years of extensive hands-on experience in technical delivery and governance
- Hands on experience in Solution design & development of Java and Cloud Technology.
- Must have experience in delivery planning and effort estimation
- Experience of supporting technical teams of size 4-6 or more.
- Experience of application development related to project delivery process both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience of interacting with business users and counterpart across markets/region/global.
- Experience in DevOps, agile development process is plus

Technical Skills:

Mandatory - Java J2EE (Struts, Spring boot), PL/SQL
Nice to have - Microservice, Azure cloud experience, AKS etc

Must have experience:
- Project Leading & Manager Capabilities
Japanese Language (Must have): JLPT N3 and above
