Required Skills
Required Qualifications ・ BA or BS degree and above ・ Native Japanese and Business level fluency in English Minimum Experience ・ Minimum 5 years of experience with proven track record in managing end to end recruitment process and onboarding process with good track record in similar position ideally in pharma industry. ・ Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in recruiting. ・ Minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding. ・ Proficient using of social media scouting and job boards. Career advancement ・ Expand responsibility or move to other HR and/or Administration areas. ・ Take the HRBP role for covering all HR matters.Job Location
