Job Description

• Process management for all recruitments for Offices, Stores, Food & Beverages
for permanent & temporary staffs
• CV screening – Pre interview for company introduction – managing interview
process - offer - support until candidate joining the company
• Collaborate with external business partners such as recruitment agents / media
• Plan and deliver recruiting activity
• Recruiting budget and headcount management

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Fluent (Amount Used: English usage about 50%)
Minimum Japanese Level Fluent
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in recruiting (e.g., recruiter at a business company)
• English proficiency for business meetings (mainly with recruiting agencies),
• As the face of the brand, charming impression as a person
• Positive mindset, creativity, cooperativeness, goal-oriented
• Retail industry experience preferred
