事業責任者の右腕となるプレイングマネージャーとして、事業運営の推進
【概要】
・現在展開している主要ブランドの事業責任者の右腕として、事業運営に参加
・事業計画の立案、実行、組織マネジメントを通じてブランドの価値向上と収益向上
・事業部内における実務遂行全般について、頭も使いながら手も動かす役割を想定
※組織責任者の定めた戦略をきちんと理解し、実務レベルで推進するために、関係者と連携しながら成果に繋げる機能を想定しています。
【年俸】
700万円～900万円
