この度、インドネシア事業のさらなる拡大を目指し、新たな仲間を募集します。
当企業のインドネシア編集担当は、単なる執筆や編集業務にとどまらず、コンテンツの企画立案から制作管理、データ分析まで一貫した業務を担います。
日本国内から、インドネシア語を活用して現地ユーザーの課題解決ができる、魅力的なポジションです。
【具体的な業務内容】
■インドネシア現地のニーズ調査をもとにした企画書の設計
■コンテンツ制作の進捗管理
■外部ライターの採用、育成
■外部ライターのマネジメント、モチベーション管理
■外部ライターが作成したコンテンツのクオリティチェック、フィードバック（必要に応じて、インドネシア語でライティングと編集を行います）
■公開したコンテンツのデータ分析
