• Produce and deliver mix of standard and customized reports
• Respond to HR data requests by gathering, analysing, and reporting relevant data from various sources
• Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data
• Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities
• Develop process mapping
• Make recommendations based on information obtained throughout the year
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

• Highly competent in MS Excel and data modeling
