Project lead
- Act as a local representative for HQ led project
- Lead CSR / I&D initiatives
- Lead C&B fine tune project with HRD and LVMH Fashion group shared service
Learning and Development
- Support developing the learning program for office with HRD
Reporting
- Creating various HR report with company shared service
Design the new ways of working
- Develop the office space plan and protocol with HRD
- Fine-tune the employee regulations to fit to the most modern way of working
