【Job Purpose】
◆リーガルリスクをコントロールし、法律や規則の遵守を確保するための法務実務に従事いただきます。また、日本のみならず、海外子会社等のグローバル全体へ法務サービスを提供し、法務管理を行っていただきます。
【Key Responsibilities:】
◆事業利益の確保や法令遵守のため、グループ会社における契約書、同意書、その他の文書の準備やレビューを行う。
◆自社に対する行政措置を含む法的紛争や訴訟を、有利に解決するために貢献する。
【Job Purpose】
Responsible for performing legal activities to control legal risks and ensuring compliance with the relevant laws and regulations. Responsible for the operational management of the global legal function and leadership to provide global legal services. Responsible for executing and developing the legal function’s mission.
【Key Responsibilities】
◆Prepare and review contracts agreements and other documents of commitments of group to protect One Wacom companies’ legal and business interests.
◆Contribute to favorable settlement of legal dispute and litigation including governmental actions against One group companies.

Required Skills
【必須要件】 ◆以下の２つのうちいずれかが必須となります。 ・日本または海外における弁護士資格（日本の弁護士資格尚可） ・法務の学士号以上の学歴、かつ、大企業（エレクトロニクス、自動車産業、半導体、精密機械、製造業（薬品以外）など）での７年以上の法務実務経験 ※Managerの場合5年以上からエントリー可 ◆取引法務（技術ライセンスや共同開発等のテクノロジー関連）の十分な経験 ◆ビジネス交渉が可能なレベルの日本語・英語力 ◆海外の取引先や提携先との英語における交渉経験 ◆知的財産およびライセンス、会社法、ガバナンス、M A、ならびにデータプライバシーその他のコンプライアンスの経験（とりわけ日本の会社法、ガバナンス分野の経験は歓迎） ◆新規のビジネススキームやプロセスをグローバルに立ち上げ、展開するために必要となる学習能力、柔軟な対応能力および忍耐力Job Location
