主な業務内容は、企業財務分析、企業価値評価、M Aのストラクチャリング等のM A取引の執行に関するアドバイス。
顧客に対するM A取引の提案、顧客や相手方との交渉の支援も担当。
国内案件のみならず、日本企業が関係するクロスボーダー案件の執行のアドバイスも行うことがあります。
