・投資案件（出資、M＆A等）
・撤退案件（spin off、spin out、清算等）に関する業務
・経営指標（ROIC等）数字面を背景として経営の支援をお任せ致します。
投資・Ｍ＆Ａ案件の分野
⇒分野は同社の柱となるマテリアル、スマート、セイフティ、メディカル/ヘルスケアのどの分野も可能性あり

経営戦略本部・経営企画グループ、経営戦略推進グループ：約10名程
