OE Sales Manager Exclusive job

Position Summary:

Shandong Linglong Tyre Co., Ltd is looking for a dedicated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills who is able to build effective business relationships. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines in the organization and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in tire sales.  The position will be responsible for all facets of OE tire sales in Japan for all product groups (PCR, LTR, TBR and Agricultural).

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the OE sales and business development in Japan Markets.
• Coordination between OEM and HQ to ensure the strategic growth and support to be given for QA, Logistics, Supply, Warehousing.
• Take ownership of the OEM specific RFQ by continuous monitoring and reporting.
• Gather market information for the purpose of planning strategic decisions.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales while maintaining or exceed company profit target.
• Support of R&D and OEM related engineering and development departments in the role of automotive engineer activities during the growing period not be specified.
• Develop good relationships with OEM technical departments;
• Manage the OE product development process to support OE business growth in Southeast Asia.
• Manage critical discussions with OE customer personnel related to product development.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years’ work experience of tire or automotive parts sales with OEMs.
• Willing to work with challenge.
• Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Open, dynamic, team work and cross-cultural communication.
• In depth knowledge of tire sales, OEM projects management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
