未経験者を対象とした、サステナビリティ・ESG関連のコンサルタントおよび保証業務従事者の募集です。
未経験者でも安心して業務に従事できるような研修、育成制度を整えており、働きながらのキャリア形成を積極的に支援します。
【業務内容】
若手人材の育成機関にて研修、育成期間を経た後に下記のサステナビリティ・ESG業務に従事いただきます。

３．生物多様性／自然資本関連サービス
４．サーキュラーエコノミー関連サービス
５．社会課題／人権対応関連サービス
６．ガバナンス／リスク管理関連サービス

【応募要件（必須）】
大手企業、金融機関、公的機関、コンサルティング会社の業務経験をお持ちの方で、今後サステナビリティ・ESG業務のプロフェッショナルとして長期的な活躍を希望されている方
（学歴）大学院、四年制大学卒以上
【応募要件（あるとよいもの）】
・問題意識を持って仕事に取り組み、その解決策を論理的に考え、提案できる方。
・クリエイティブに物事を創造することが好きな方
・環境/社会系学部卒または修士課程修了
・大手企業、金融機関、公的機関等での経営企画、経理財務、内部監査部門での業務経験
・コンサルティング業務の経験
・監査法人における監査業務経験
・公認会計士、USCPA等の資格
・ビジネスレベルの英語力、英語を使用する業務の経験（海外留学経験含む）
