Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross - functional stakeholders including engineering, business and design teams to steer the product roadmap.

Lead and establish clear product strategies and goals for the team with data-driven decisions, execute the plans and support business metrics and indicators for success.

Bridging business and technical requirements, translate the customer experiecne into clearly defined product requirements and user stories that can be used in product specifications and system architecture.

Take responsibility for the project's success, by collaborating with the development team throughout the product development lifecycle, providing guidance and clarifications on requirements.

Prioritize and manage the product backlog making data-driven decisions, ensuring that features and enhancements align with the product vision and strategy.

Identify new opportunities and customer needs, and collaborate with other teams to increase customer value.

必須スキル：
2-3 years of experience in Product and Project Management for web / backend service development

Having basic knowledge of software / API development lifecycle

Excellent communication and negotiation skill, collaborating effectively with diverse individuals from various business and technical backgrounds, cultures, and nationalities, with conflicting interests.

Excellent problem solving and logical thinking skill, and have a strategic mindset.

Experienced in managing and overseeing multiple on-going initiatives simultaneously

Fluent in Japanese and English (reading, writing, listening and conversation)
