Responsibilities

  • Assists with departmental orientation program
  • Assists with coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation program
  • Ensure employees receive the appropriate new hire training
  • Liaise with corporate trainers to align on the company training programs
  • Assist in managing recruitment and hiring process

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Business Level
Minimum Japanese Level Business Level
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development
