Job Description
ホテルの宿泊収益最大化を担うポジションです。
予約業務の管理だけでなく、レベニューマネジメント、販売チャネル管理、料金戦略の立案・実行を通じて、ホテル全体の売上向上を推進していただきます。Sales、Front Office、FinanceおよびIHG本部と連携しながら、Commercial戦略をリードする重要な役割です。
業務範囲
- 宿泊予約業務全般のマネジメント
- チームメンバーの育成、指導、パフォーマンス管理
- 宿泊需要や市場動向、競合情報の分析
- 料金戦略および販売施策の企画・実行
- ADR、Occupancy、RevPARなど主要KPIの管理
- OTA、GDS、公式サイトなど販売チャネルの料金・在庫管理
- 団体予約、FIT予約、VIP予約の管理
- 予算策定、売上予測（Forecast）の作成
- Revenue Reportの作成および経営層へのレポーティング
- 業務改善プロジェクトや新システム導入の推進

必須条件
- ホテル業界での宿泊予約またはレベニューマネジメント経験
- リーダーまたはマネジメント経験
- Revenue ManagementおよびDistributionに関する知識
- OPERAなどホテルPMSの使用経験
- Excelを活用したデータ分析スキル
- 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力
- 英語での読み書き・会話能力
