【仕事内容】
部門アシスタントとして、業務が円滑に進行するためのサポート業務をお任せします。
- 協力先（大学、企業を含む）および社内関連部門とのやり取り、会議などの手配、
部門ディレクターのスケジュール管理等 - 来客の応接、出張手配および出張者へのサポート、部門の新入または退職メンバーの手続きの対応
- 部門経費の管理
- 部門及び研究所主催のイベントや会議に関するサポート、社内雰囲気向上の寄与
- 部門の共用備品および資産の管理、物品購入に関連する事務業務
- アシスタントチーム主催の定例会やイベントへの参加、チームリーダーへのサポート
- その他臨時的な事務処理及び上述付随業務等
【勤務時間】
9：00～18：00（実働8時間）

【必須条件】
- 2年以上の事務経験がある方。秘書、アシスタント経験のある方歓迎！
- Word、Excel、PowerPointが問題なく使用できること。

- 責任感があり、自ら考え積極的に仕事に取り組める方
- 細かい作業や確認が苦にならない方
【語学】
- 日本語、中国語、英語のいずれか2か国語が堪能な方
