職務内容

• SAPおよびその他のアプリケーションに関連する機能サポートを提供する
• 財務部門向けのグローバルテンプレートの導入および強化に注力する
• ステークホルダーを管理し、彼らの課題に対応するとともに、関連するIT事項についてタイムリーかつ正確に情報を提供する
• ユーザー要件を理解する
• ユーザー要件に沿って、Information Systemsの技術戦略、標準、プロセスに適合するSAPソリューションを提案する
• データ変換、アップグレード、インターフェース、ビジネスロジック、レポート、帳票、ワークフローに関する要件を文書化する
• 必要に応じて、SAPアプリケーションの機能をハンズオンで設定する
• 高品質なソリューションを実現するために、SAPの開発・品質保証サーバー上で単体テストおよび結合テストを実施する
• SAPアプリケーションに関する問題解決およびリエゾン（橋渡し）役を担う
• 複数のプロジェクトを（時には同時に）管理・遂行した経験を持ち、部門横断的なチームと協働する
• 設計に関する質問や分析の際に、他のSAPサポートチームメンバーと連携する
• 小売業界における財務関連の役割に従事した経験がある
• 税務ソリューション、固定資産、クレジットカード処理に関する知識・経験がある
• サービスデザインの概念およびプロセスに関する知識・経験があれば尚良し
• すでに稼働中の市場に対する本番運用サポートに参加する
• 機能仕様書、設計仕様書、開発依頼を文書化する
• オンサイト／オフショア体制の外部委託サポートベンダーと連携し、マトリックス環境で業務を遂行する
• 他のワークストリームと密に連携・調整する
• 個人あるいはチームの一員として、必要に応じてその他の業務を遂行する

Duties & Resposibilities

• Provide functional support related to SAP and other applications.
• Focus on the deployment and enhancement of the Global Template for Finance.
• Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and keep them updated on related IT matters.
• Understand user requirements.
• Recommend SAP solutions to align and enable business processes within Information Systems’ technology strategy, standards, and processes.
• Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Configure SAP application functionality (hands-on), as required.
• Perform unit and integration testing on SAP Development and Quality Assurance servers to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Act as a liaison and problem solver for SAP application issues.
• Demonstrate experience managing and delivering multiple projects (sometimes concurrently) involving cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate, as needed, with other SAP support team members on design questions and analysis.
• Prior experience in a finance-related role in a retail environment.
• Experience with tax solutions, fixed assets, and credit card processing.
• Experience with service design concepts and processes is desired.
• Participate in production support for already live markets.
• Document functional specifications, design specifications, and development requests.
• Work in a matrix environment, coordinating with outsourced support vendors in an onsite/offshore setup.
• Coordinate and work closely with other work streams.
• Complete other duties as needed or assigned, either as an individual contributor or as part of the team.

必要なスキル

• 8〜12年以上の実務経験
• SAPのいずれかのモジュール（FI、CO、SD、MM、PP）における専門的な知識
• 3件以上のフルライフサイクル実装プロジェクト経験
• 要件定義、計画、テスト、トレーニング、移行、本番稼働を含むプロジェクト各フェーズの経験
• クライアントおよびエンドユーザー（日本語）との直接コミュニケーション経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（書面および口頭）
• 日本語（ネイティブレベルまたはJLPT N2以上）
• 英語（ビジネスレベル）

Skills Required

• 8 ~ 12 plus years of experience
• Expert level knowledge in any SAP Module (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP)
• Minimum 3 or more full lifecycle implementation projects
• Experience in the various phases of the project including requirement gathering, planning, test, training, migration and Golive
• Experience in direct communication with client and end-user (Japanese)
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• Japanese (Native/ JLPT N2 and above)
• English ：Business level
