仕事内容及び責任：
弊社の主力商品（Xilinx 社製FPGA・PLD）のプロダクトマーケティング。FPGA の機能優位性を活かし、営業マンが最適なソリューションを最適なアプリケーションに提案し、収益を最大化するための仕組みづくり。仕入先とのパートナーシップを強化しながら、社内メンバーに対する戦術指示、資料提示、教育も行います。
募集背景・組織構成：
既存顧客や既存製品に対する深耕を進めるとともに、新しい顧客や製品の拡大にチャレンジしている段階です。また親会社との連携を行いながらグループ会社とのシナジー効果を図るべく、人員を拡大しさらなる飛躍を実現するための増員となります。
・FPGA プロダクトマーケティング部門
部長 ：1 名（40 代前半）
課長 ：1 名（50 代半ば）
主任 ：1 名（30 代半ば）
メンバー：3 名（今回の募集ポジション） ※課長以下の平均年齢：48.6 歳
年収レベル：600 万円～900 万円
【年収600 万の例：基本給285,000 円/月、残業調整手当（月20 時間分固定払い）：48,000 円/月、住宅手当（非世帯主）30,000 円/月→月額363,000 円/月。賞与1,656,564 円（夏冬合計）】
基本的処遇について：
・残業代の支給について：月額固定でお支払いする残業調整手当（20 時間分の残業代）について、それを超過する残業代が発生した場合は追加でお支払いします。（管理職は対象外）
・本求人に記載された賞与額について：あくまでも昨年実績に基づく「参考値」になります。
・試用期間が3 ヶ月（月額報酬は変わらず）ありますが、当該職種における経験が十分と判断される場合は免除させていただくことがあります。試用期間は賞与考課の対象外となります。
・昇給年1 回（1 月） 賞与年2 回（７・１２月）
