Responsibilities

• Ongoing support of various client accounts including global ones led by project leaders s
• Areas of support include but are not limited to
  　o Strategic planning of communication strategies
  　o Research and audits
  　o Media and other stakeholder relations
  　o Planning, organization and management of various events incl. interviews, media roundtables, press conferences and others
  　o Media and issue monitoring
  　o Activity reports and other reporting
  　o Participation in business development initiatives and company marketing activities

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree from university in Japan or overseas
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Relevant professional experience in strategic communications, either in house, PR agency or other media relations environment.
• Interest in financial topics preferred
• Fluent spoken and written Japanese/English
• Excellent verbal communications and presentation skills
• Basic digital and social media skills
• Ability to build and actively engage with a large network of diverse stakeholders
• Ability to go beyond implementation of tasks and go the extra mile
• Basic understanding of media landscape
