In-house Infrastructure Specialist position at SpaceTech Firm

■  Support office IT infrastructure (R/S, LAN, PCs, Servers, Smartphones)

■  Troubleshooting and Giving 2nd/3rd level support and escalation

■  Customer and User support (onsite/by emails, phones)

■  ITネットワークインフラストラクチャでの4以上の経験。

■  サポート/Windowsサーバーの保守/MicrosoftOffice/ Ciscoネットワークシステム（Office ITインフラストラクチャ）の経験

■  ITベンダー管理

■  語学力：日本語ネイティブ・ビジネスレベルの英語、必須ではありませんが、大きなプラスになります

■  Over 4 years experience in IT Network Infrastructure.

■  Experience in Supporting/Maintaining Windows server/Microsoft office/Cisco Network systems (Office IT infrastructure)

■  IT vendor management

■  Language skill: Native Japanese ー Business level English, Not a must, but will be a big plus

【Preferable skills/Certifications】CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc
